The Transformation Studio was founded by film director Basha de Bruijn and producers Eveline Bloemendal and Maxime Rozestraten. After years in the film industry, we’ve experienced first-hand how creative processes truly work, from idea to execution.

That background shapes everything we do. We don’t believe in generic AI advice or one-size-fits-all solutions. We help creative teams translate AI into their own language and workflows, making the technology work with them, not against them.

Our mission is simple: to show that transformation doesn’t have to be something to fear. It can be human, practical, and clear. A process you can shape yourself.
